Our History
The Lincoln Club movement began in 1962 when a group of visionary conservative business leaders recognized the need for organized political action. Today, approximately 12 Lincoln Clubs operate throughout California, each representing members and elected officials within their geographic regions.
Lincoln Clubs have evolved into a statewide network of conservative business and civic leaders committed to electing superior candidates who protect individual rights, property rights, and free-market principles.
The Capital Lincoln Club was established on August 17, 2023, uniting two predecessor organizations—the Sacramento Valley Lincoln Club and the Lincoln Club of the Sierras—into a single, powerful voice for conservative leadership in the Greater Sacramento region.
